Looking for winery specific IT folks

Since we don't sell wine all year long like most wineries we don't have the need for standard winery software and solutions like a shopping cart. I recently attended WITS and most everything didn't apply to us seeing we sell 100% of what we produce and most going DTC. We have a proprietary system built in house that does things no one else's systems will do. The only thing I want to do is modernize what we have and don't want to run it from the cloud as a hosted platform paying support yearly.
